I went to Nedbank to register for Impesa... the lady then told me that Vocaom does the registration. i then went to Vodacom, firstly the staff is unfriendly, secondly they are useless.the lady at the front desk refers me back to Nedbank who confirms for the second time they dont do registrations. i'm back at Vodacom and the same lady tell me to wait in line to speak to her manager. i refuse and ask her to ask the manager who confirms they dont have that function in their system. why not say that the first time. Vodacom Parow centre always have issues.i wanted to take out a I Phone contract with them a few mounths back and they once again said they dont haver the function to activate the I phone. the staffs attitude is disgusting and i personally feel they are giving Vodacom a bad name. if they advertise vodacom at least have all the functions
