Still no response on wrong amount debited

I have logged a complaint 3dec2013, i still have had no response. Vodacom debited R3000 from my December pay and it was only to be 1200.they billed me for data use but i have an active data bundle (a 1 gig).this is the third time it happened and they have taken money that i don't have.its ridiculous to charge me such rates when my meg has supposedly ran out.i have told vodacom to activate a gig of data when the other runs out.i was not notified that my data was finished.when i checked my balances it showed all the time that there is still data left.i check this regularly to to the fact that i dont want to get charged for out of data charges.i have been a client of vodacom for many years and i dont want this problem to persist.i want this problem rectified and my money which was suppose to go towards my rent.this has left me in a predicament.please rectify this problem.thank you!!!
