I have been living in Saudi Arabia for 3 months, haven't used my cell phone in any capacity since Aug 07 and now MTN have decided it is a good idea to charge me R4220.75 for expenses accrued.
It is unfortunate that I have had to come to Hello Peter in order to get my MTN account addressed but I think it is necessary.
MTN have neither responded to nor considered any of my repeated attempts to get this matter resolved.
Please Hello Peter would you shake the tree and get these people to:
A. Reinstate my number to its full capacity.
B. Change my Debit Order to R569.50 as the correct amount.
