Last month I laid a complaint via Helo peter regarding Multi choice who keep on deactivating my service. I had a problem paying my account last month due to the incorrect customer number that they gave me. They contacted me and gave me the correct number. They reactivated my service and I made a payment using the correct ref number that they gave me.
I then asked them to debit my account every months instead of doing a manual payment.
My debit order went through succesfully on the 25/10/2013.
This morning my services are disconnected again and I received a message saying "We regret that we've had to suspend your services. for activation, pls pay R306.46 today"
I'm tired of this pathetic inconviniencing service from Multi choice. As I said before I've been having endless problem with this account since I opened it.
Can someone contact me and tell me why the they closed this account after the debit order was succesfull -
