It is with great displeasure that I am having to write this report after Rochel from Vodacom responded to my initial Hello Peter and 'sorted' the issue out dated 4th September for a July 2013 incorrect continuation of a debit order.
I see you have now reduced your debit order to R 69.00 with a reference of I36944000190379086 VODACOM SP.
Please stop debting my account after your made it public on Hello Peter that the matter had been resolved. You resolve the initial debit order to reduce it but still debit my account? That is not right and upsetting.
As initially stated in my previous Hello Peter report. The tablet was returned to you within the 7 day period provided as there was an issue with the email set up.
Please sort this out in an honest manner as a matter of urgency.
Also for all those debit orders that I have not picked up after believing you had stopped them, will you please refund me for that.
