Autopage at it again
I had cancelled my debit order to Autopage because the billing was not correct and the only way I was going to pay this account was once the billing had been sorted, In the interim I received my billing and everything seemed fine so I called autopage and requested they give me the proper billing amount which they disclosed was R189.00 a month and I was happy with that, Now I receive a new statement and yet again...the incorrect charges....I have now been charged for reconnection fees .If the billing was correct from the beginning this would not be an issue but no The billing is still not correct Now the amount due is R252.67.What is wrong with this company and why is the service so poor.I will again stop the debit order until this matter is resolved..or better still where is the customer protection act...to help us resolve issues like this .
