After having called Capacity outsourcing offices for 3 days being put from pillar to post to speak to a Payroll officer dealing with the temp payroll... I was given a cell number to speak to a guy called Meshack. I called his cell number which there was no answer after numerous attempts. Capacity staff are so incompetent and they have no sense of urgency in assisting their customers.
All this hassles just for a form to be filled in or for a letter to be sent to me from their agency... what happened to customer service I WONDER!!!
