ITC hand over after no service and refund from CC

In January 2013, I phone Cell C to upgrade my R149 (2G) to R99 (2G) and to change my banking details. I was told that I missed the deadline for debit order changes and that I must make a EFT payment, which I did on 7 January 2013 for the amount of R99.On 9 January, the old amount of R149 was deducted off my new account, which I queried (Ref3011200068). I had connectivity for Feb 2013, but on 5 March 2013 I could not connect and realised I have been disconnected. I decided to leave this issue as good riddance after my previous incident where you illegally deducted R1500 from my account, which you only refunded after complaining on Hello Peter! Now I have been handed over to ITC where I am on DEBIT ORDER and you have disconnected my service. This is so unbelievable and holding me to randsome to pay your stupid R400 just to get my credit rating clear after you failed to deliver services to me and demanding payment. After my initial Hello Peter complaint, you refunded me R300, but still demand your outstanding amount, which you have now handed me over for. DOES THAT MAKE SENSE!!! You are a useless service provider and i feel sorry for anyone who choose your useless network!
