Took my blackberry torch in to Sandton Vodacom Repair Center for the 2nd time for it to be repaired, After it was replaced with a refurbish phone, as it continuously freezes, switches off, looses network signal where it needs a reset, to get it back 3 days later saying its sorted they have upgraded the software, yet the device does exactly the same thing...

Then on top off it getting a call saying that the handset is out off warrantee, and ill need to pay for the software upgrade, even though the 2 year period is not up, only because they replaced my device with a older one, when they swapped it out earlier..

Come on Vodacom, don't u value your customers enough to provide a service that's decent enough for us to make calls and u make more money in return?
if this is the service, I really need to think about which service provider I choose when it's time to upgrade...
