Vodacom
DISFUNCTIONAL CELLPHONE

I bought a Sony Experia Go in April 2013 and a month later i started experiencing problems with the device. It switches off and freezes alot. In May/June i took it back to the store i bought it and they had to send it to Vodacom head office for repairs at which the only thing that was done was update the software which really didnt help me much as i had to take the phone back to the store in Epsom Downs to take it to Vodacom as i was still experiencing issues worse than the first time. The ony thing that Vodacom did was update the software. I fetched the phone on Friday 06th September and before i could get back to the office the phone started freezing again.
I requested for the store in Epsom Downs to get Vodacom to swop the device for me which they advised that it would be up to Vodacom to swop the phone.
One cannot be experiencing such issues with a device that is fairly new unless i was furnished with a new second hand and not advised of such. I would like to reqeust that i be furnished with a device that works all the time and not when it wants to. That would make my life easier.
