I have reported the line 011 334 7000 out of order more than 5 times in the past few months. The line may work for a couple of days, and then the same story. The line has not worked for the past 2 weeks at all. Calls to Telkom fault reporting are a waste of time. I get told that they will escalate it, but can give no indication if the fault will ever be repaired and if so when. I have also logged a complaint on Telkom"s website - NO RESPONSE. An e mail was also sent to [Email Removed] - once again NO RESPONSE. Telkom you are doing an excellent job of getting rid of your customers.
