I bought R60 MTN airtime on the 15 January 2013 and was only credited last night 28 January 2013!!! How pathetic is that? This credit was only made after I had complained and even when they EVENTUALLY decide to credit me, they do not notify me. I had to call them AGAIN! As you can check on my air time purchases I spend way too much on prepaid airtime and had considered taking a contract with MTN, but after this experience I'm afraid to say I have changed my mind. Not so much as an explanation as to why, not even an apology... Bad, bad, bad service!!!
