I don't know where to begin the service received from Vodacom is absolutely the worse. I wrote a report last week and get feedback from Jason. But I wasn't happy after be a dissatisfied customer and having a pending query Vodacom suspended my service I'm disappointed in their level of customer service after my telephonic discussion with Jason on Friday I told him I was dissatisfied with the service and asked for a manager to call me and I told him I will not leave it that and he basically told me its fine I can take it further the matter is closed with him. It started after I got the upgrade I had asked 3 times in a row for a statement without any avail the accounts department saw the account not being paid and didn't even bother calling and trying to resolve why not. I sent 3 different emails Jason's argument was that I didn't respond to the second email that is why I never got feedback. My question is how does Vodacom pick up an account number is it not by ID number and Cell phone if you don't know your Vodacom account number. I feel cheated that I the customer did follow up and yet I'm being penalised with having my name tainted and my service suspended.
