Wrongful Suspension of Account

My phone service has been suspended by noon today. Upon enquiry I've been told that Vodacom has received urgent instruction from a local financier that my phone service be suspended.

As it turns out, my number is one of 10, wrongfully suspended on behalf of the company, closing their own corporate accounts with you. I have never been associated with the company in question, nor do I have any dealings with them.

No matter how many times I have spoken to Vodacom's consultants, I keep getting referred to the financiers corporate accounts department to resolve matters with them.

Vodacom, that dear person and company you keep referring me to (name and number provided by you) has nothing to do with this. You've messed up. I haven't had a phone since noon today and losing business and social calls as a result, thanks to your error.

I find your unhelpfulness to fix your own error appalling. One of your consultants even politely told me that the angrier I get the longer it will take to fix the mistake, caused by you, and that he was off duty within a few minutes and would only be able to see to my request by Monday. Good work Vodacom. I'll be without a phon until Monday. Thanks
