Discrepancies in Feedback

Hi

I wrote a report on Hello Peter last week regarding Vodacom. Alex from Vodacom called the next day and was very helpful. He wasn't able to contact my husband, so he called me with feedback and said that my husband didn't have any outstanding accounts with Vodacom. He also mentioned that someone had tried to contact my husband and they had left him a message. The message confirmed that he had no outstanding accounts. He also told me that he wasn't flagged to be listed on ITC.

Alex had given me the number of the legal department and the person he spoke to there further confirmed that there were no amounts due. However he was put through to Ereshanlen (not sure of the spelling) Pillay, who told him that he owed Vodacom money and that he has to deal with Vodacom"s attorneys. This is after he was told by his office that they had no record of his ID or cell number!

We thought that this matter had been settled once and for all, but that was wishful thinking! We'd like for someone at Vodacom to please give us finality on this issue.
