It has been more than a month now that Jason Welff and his team keeps on apologising that they have made a mistake with my upgrading of numbers (Wrong number upgraded) Due to such incompetence, I would like to cancel my 4 contracts with Vodacom and go to MTN. I find this un- trustworthy promises and the lack of delivering actions as promised unacceptable. After I have had very little response and only promises from Jason Welff, I asked his mangers detail with no response. Lack of interest attending to an issue that has been accepted by Vodacom as there mistake and not attending to an above average customer seeking help is not adhered to. So PLEASE let Jason Welff's manager respond to my complaint urgently.
