BAD SERVICE IN ALL AVENUES!!!..MAKING A Cal

From Sunday 17th I had not been able to make calls or send SMS keeps saying ``CALL BARRED"...

I tried the code #33*0000# to cancel this and the message I get is ``NO ATTEMPTS LEFT" or ``FAILLED"

I took my SIM card out inserted it into a different phone and still cannot make calls... If I take another SIM Card put it in my PHONE I can make call so definitely there is an issue with the SIM CARD or YOU MTN... I pay for my services every month an amount of R 321 and I want to make my calls today!!!..

I had numerous problems with you as soon I Took out a contract and none of my problems with you gets addressed... Firstly you have INCOMPETENT CONSULTANT WORKING FOR YOU WHO ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND DO NOT HAVE TELEPHONE COMMUNICATION SKILLS and keep telling me their manger or supervisors are in a Meeting... since Sunday... I never knew that MTN`s managers spend their times in meeting rather than serving their customers and ensuring customer service is up to STD with their consultant!

I had never missed a payment my entire time I had the contract with you and this is what I get ``0 CUSTORMER SERVICES "...
