YOU DO YOU START, I WENT TO BUY A NEW MTN PHONE AFTER I PHONED MTN TO HEAR HOW THE SERVICE IS AND THE RATES (I WAS PROMISED THEY HAVE THE BEST RATES AND SERVICE) FIRST OF ALL I HAD TO PORT MY NUMBER TO MTN I WAS TOLD THIS WILL TAKE 24 HOURS AND IT WAS 4 DAYS. AFTER THE PORTING WAS DONE I HAD A PROBLEM I CAN MAKE CALL AND NOT RECEIVE ANT I FIRST PHONE THE CALL CENTER AND I WAS TOLD TO TAKE OUT THE BATTERY AND REBOOT THE PHONE AND STILL NO CALLS PHONE THEM AGAIN AND THEY SAID TO ADD THE SIM TO A DIFFERENT PHONE AND STILL NO CALLS I THEN PHONES AGAIN AND I WAS TOLD TO GO TO A MTN STORE TOOK A HOUR OF MY TIME AND THE MTN STORE SAID SORRY THEY CAN HELP PHONED THE CALL CENTER AGAIN WAS TOLD TO BUY A NEW SIM CARD AND TO DO THE RICA PROCESS ALL AGAIN NOT HAPPY WITH THIS I EMAILED CUSTOMER CARE 5 DAYS AGO AND I DID ABOUT 10 FOLLOW UP MAILS AND STILL NOT A MAIL FORM MTN OR A CALL
IS THIS THE SERVICE ALL THE MTN CLIENT GET
