Telkom mobile is pretty harsh

Hello,

I got my Telkom mobile account disconnected and closed and I got handed over without anyone actually calling me to inform me whats going on.

1.Telkom's debit order all of sudden stopped coming off my account on 30 June 2013 even though I had enough funds
2.We made up this payment when we noticed 26 days later when the phone was disconnected.(Got reconnected)
3.Telkom's debit order again did not come off on 31 July 2013 even though I had enough funds
4.We made this payment up when we noticed on the 13th August 2013 (Phone was not yet disconnected)
5.On the 15th I get debited for R1550 from NuDebt even though account was up to date (Collection agents)
6.On the 17th or 18th the account gets closed and deactivated even though account is up to date. If you had to include the R1550 we were actually a month ahead at this point in time
7.From 19th - 21st we called the call center with the hope of trying to be reconnected. Accounts confirmed no amounts owed. Call center however was not able to reconnect us. We must have called 10 times and they could not help
8.21st August I formally cancelled contract and handed phone back to Telkom.

We had a very good payment record prio
