Good day the main reason why I am complaining is not because of the lack of service it's mearly because when I go into telkom they can't seem to help us we have being waiting to get an adsl line installed but their excuse is that there are no available ports for the adsl in the area, but they having a special on the line rentals, why would they not have the ports ready for the influx of business coming in. When I placed the order for the line they said it will take between 5 and 10 working days however it's been 5 weeks since I put the order through however it only went through their computers 4 weeks ago which is still 20 working days the main reason for the complaint is that I work away from home and I need a phone line in so that I can keep in contact with my family and for if anything goes wrong at home thanks
