Terrible Service at Mall of the North

Yesterday I attempted to Purchase a 3G Dongle at your main store in Mall of the North main store, but due to your rude and unhelpful consultant I walked out.

During the purchasing of this item she was totally disinterested in me, took extremely long and at the end argued with me. I asked her to load a 1G data bundle onto the sim card but she far too incompetent to do so. During purchasing of data at other branches namely Uitenhage and Jeffreys bay the consultant always did this for me. I told her I don't want to came back as I live in Magoebaskloof (65km out of town) and then she started arguing with me and asking me why am I being mean to her, as I was not in the mood for this nonsense I demanded my money back, I was told I cant be refunded for the 1G data, however after the manager walked in (from her lunch break on a pay Friday afternoon and having to beg for it she finally processed a refund which I am still waiting for).

I went to CNA, bought another mtn 3G dongle, went to the other MTN store, data was loaded & your consultant there explained how I load my voucher in future on MTN online... far better informative service, & giving the customer what they want!!!
