My mobile data line has been disconnected since Friday (18/10/2013) with no apparent reason. The account is up to date in payments. I called Saturday and was told the person responsible is not in, and there's not much they (call center) can do. After my insistence, I was promised that the line will be reconnected with 2-24 (call ref no.105274981). Yesterday afternoon (20/10/2013), Tab could pick signal but still no data connection. I called again this morning and was told that no re-connection was done on Saturday as advised by call center. I am still with no data connection... FRUSTRATED and ANNOYED!
