No service/ billing error incorrect credit rating

During my upgrade procedure, I was billed for R12000 for a new phone that Nashua made in error. It was fixed, but they have rated me as a high risk payer. We have never missed a payment, in fact we pay on time. I take offense to being rated in this manner. I spoke Clinton Parasuramen who was to correct it, but has nothing about fixing my rating. As well as my phone was so called "SOFT locked " from the 16th sept till the 30th sep during my stay over seas. I have informed Horatio and Melissa on the 3rd Sept to allow me to make CALLS for the duration of Sept month while I am in Europe. Obviously this was not noted and, my request ignored and my phone was barred from making calls from 16th Sep. This incident I notified the staff at Nashua on my return from overseas only to be given some a feeble excuse. Which I don't agree on..
