About 3months ago my phone came back from repairs and a bill of R2500.00, I battled with the Middelburg brance. I had to phone Nashua head office to find out why my insurrance didn't pay for the repairs, they said it was approved, after 3months of battleling I had to pay R6300.00 to un-softlock my phone and know they disconnected my line, no incomming or outgoing calls, sms and so on. Now when I try to sort this out with them they keep on putting me on hold and then after a few minutes the line goes dead and I then I have to start all over again. Nashua Mobile Middelbug Mpumalanga and there head office has a very bad customer service.
