8ta not renewing BIS

I renewed my blackberry BIS with 8ta and I was not connected. This has happened over a week already and all they can tell me is that the technician is trying to solve my problem. Now they tell me that everyone with 8ta on blackberry has the same problem. My family members and work colleagues are not experiencing the same problem so I know they are lying. They are not sorting out my problem and I am the looser of my money. I need help getting to the bottom of this. Can anyone please help me.
