I short paid on my account for the month of December and paid the full outstanding amount on the 28th of January. I normally make monthly direct payments. This morning, i dscovered that Nashua had made a manual debit order on my Nedbank account and phoned Varusha who with a very bad attitude told me that they had done the debit order..without my authorisation... I am starting with you Hello Peter to report this activity and later the CPA. This Varusha is an indecent who thinks she can do what she wants with peoples accounts. Please reverse this amount plus the charged incurred for this indecent behaviour. I have been a loyal customer for the past 7 years but beginning to doubt your business ethics.
