About 2 years back I upgraded and I put down my bank details for debit order. We have been with Nashua for 17 years now paying them between R2000 & R3000 a month. The debit order never happened. I pay the account everymonth on the 31st or the 1st of a Month EFT. All of a sudden end Dec. a Debit order went off. To my supprise I phoned them to make sure its Nashua. I had no problem with that I would have just prefer if they notified me that they were going to do this. Then February came and I waited & waited for the Debit order to go off. I phoned them again. And I was told to pay EFT, which i did. On Tuesday 30 April they switch the phone off (Please keep in mind we pay extra 400 to 300 on our accounts) So we not behind. I phoned and asked what is the problem, I was rudely handled and told I pay in arrears and a debit order was reversed. I had to promise that I will make that payment, I was treated like a reaI bad customer. I checked my bank statements from December only that one went off and nothing again. So who is in the wrong here NASHUA NEED TO MAKE UP THEIR MINDS AND START TREATING THEIR CLIENTS WITH RESPECT. I need to upgrade please explain why I should stay with YOU
