Unauthorised debit orde

I have been paying by EFT for the last 3 years or so, every month on time without fail but on the 26 an authorised debit order of R2431 (which is not even the amount due) was debited on my account. I am just so tired with Nashua mobile. There always has to be something. I dont even have the energy to take this up. I have 4account with nashua and you think I could be treated better? Please return my money. Why do you still have my bank details. This is poor service, I have been a loyal customer for over 4years and this is what I get?
