Worst service ever from MTN corner, Rietfontein rd

I went to MTN Corner, cnr Rietfontein rd. & Dayan st on the 10th January 2013 for an upgrade and it ended up to be the worst experience in all the years I've been a client of MTN SP.
Firstly, I was sent a document to say that I qualify for an upgrade and if I do the upgrade in the month of January @ MTN Corner, I would be receiving an additional Samsung prepaid handset, airtime and accessories absolutely free. This document I received after I visited the store and the consultant never once mentioned this special to me!
When I asked the consultant for advice on which handset to choose, I was told that the Nokia Lumina 920 was a fantastic choice and that I couldn't go wrong, I beg to differ!
I took the handset and from day 1 I had a problem with the battery life, not even lasting a day, handset freezing. I took the handset back on the 29th January 2013, when I was told to take the handset to the walk-in repair centre on Northrand rd., Boksburg.
I took the handset in and it came back as liquid damaged. Knowing full well, I've only had this handset for 19 days and treating it like it was my new-born child, there was no
