Authorization Debit Orde

I would like to know what gives Nashua Mobile the right to run a manual debit order on my account without my written consent. My account is paid each and every month via EFT.

It has been over 3 days now, and the funds have still not been returned, even after they admit that it was done in error. Also I must add that a certain Miss or Mrs Dimonet Wolmarans who refused to give me her surname, should be educated on how to deal with customers, and also be made aware that it is to run debit orders without authorisation.

We refer to you previous correspondence,

We have discovered that we debited your account in error. We have rectified the problem and will contact you shortly, however I will pass a credit on your account and arrange for a refund for the amount charged on your bank account as per the statement.

We once again apologise and thank you for pointing out the error on our side. This will assist us to improve our system and make sure that errors get eliminated.
