I upgraded at this branch just to find two months later that the billing is wrong. I previously had an anytime 100 top up contract and asked that it needs to be changed to a anytime 200 top up when I upgraded. They have changed it to a anytime 200 open line. I never knew the open line option existed so according to me I was still on the top up. After numerous calls to this branch to ask them to fix this, I was told that they would call me back, everytime - never happended. Today I called again, rather now I got told in a very ugly way by Helen that I have signed the contract, the more I am trying to explain that according to me I signed for what I had which was the top up option she kept on hammering on the signed the contract part. Yes I signed but according to me for something different! I have never been spoken to in such a manner and the worse is the fact that they never called back and that they not even trying to solve my problem!!! Surely this issue can be solved!!!
