Kawuleza - Worst Internet Service Provide

I have been a client with Kawuleza since they started.
Last month my home and business internet service was down for 9 days.
I have already been down for 2 days for this month.
They have emergency numbers, but they don't answer!
I have lost business because of this terrible service!!!
