Cannot get my money back from Virgin Mobile!!!

A few months ago, I cancelled my Virgin Contract. The last debit order was supposed to be end of July. They continued to take off the premium. In either September, or August, i called into their call centre to enquire about the continued premium. I spoke to a lady by the name of Happy. She said that she couldnt find my reference number, but when she looked on the old system, she found it. She then told me that the contract was cancelled and she would send a mail up to accounts to refund my money. She also said that someone would get back to me within 3 days. This never happened. And the debit order went off AGAIN! Some time after that, i called again, holding on forever, i spoke to a lady, who said that there was no record of me ever calling in and my contract was only due to end in October!!! I nearly had a heart attack. I called in again, and spoke to Nel, who told me that he could see that Happy had sent my details to accounts, but he would resubmit it. Nothing happened for two weeks. I called AGAIN and spoke to Sebongeli Silai, who said he would e-mail accounts and copy me in the e-mail... I have never received the e-mail. I don't know what the to do anymore!!!
