Cancelled my Contract but still being billed

So I cancelled my virgin mobile contract on the 05-04-2013 I paid what they call a handset buyout of R2700 and emailed them proof of payment, then 01-10-2013 arrives and I see R93 has been debited off my bank and it show virgin mobile, I left it until 01-11-2013 when I see R322 is debited, I call the call centre, hold for 15 mins and the line cuts. eventually after calling 4 times and no answer I decide to go to the store at east gate to get them to help. A lady named Lebo helped and she really did, she called the call centre and spoke to them they said the money will be refunded in 7 days time and the contract is now cancelled. 7 days came and went, I called and spoke to Lebo she said she will come back to me, which hasn't happened yet. 01-12-2013 came and another R322 was debited from my account, I cant get hold of anyone who can answer me, iv even emailed their customer services department but to no avail.
