When my iPhone 4 contract with MTN expired just over a month ago, I decided to change to CellC and take up their offer of an iPhone5 becuase their deal was the best at the time. What a terrible mistake that was! Right now all I am paying for is a very expensive camera! I cannot make or recieve calls (if this miraculously happens from time to time, the call gets cut half way though the conversation)!! I cannot get onto Whatsapp or Facebook (waiting for network) I have numerous missed calls and only recieve notification hours later! I cannot do internet banking & add a new benificiary because I only receive the RVN number hours later by which time I have been timed out. I receive sms messages from people but never get them immedaitely - once again only hours later. I had 5 missed calls last week all before 12h30 and only received the message at 21h15 that night!! Thankfully none were advising me of an emergency!! I tried to call a number one evening and could never get though even after 60 attempts! "waiting for network" and the 3G sign are tormenting me!!! Please please please can someone help??? I need to know that I can rely on my cellphone especially in emergencies.
