We cancelled our contract for cell no. (0741582948) and the last deduction was supposed to go off 1 September 2013. After September the debit order kept going off. On 8 Nov we spoke to Siyabonga to sort it out, on 14 Nov my wife went to Virgin Mobile, Clearwater and spoke to Thando. He handled the matter. Whe we asked for proof that this was sorted out, he promised that it was not necessary.
on 30 Nov the debit order went off again. Is this the quality of the Virgin mobile service and staff.
