Three weeks and my phone was only shipped away a few days ago whilst sitting two weeks at the Westgate branch. I don't have a loan phone and i get emails saying "ill be contacted shortly" and still waiting for that people to contact me. I had a discussion recently with my colleagues and friends about Vodacom overall and most of them moved over to MTN or Cell C purely because the service they receive was poor.

So it has been three weeks, i don't have a loan phone, my phones repairs was delayed and they blame it on renovations WOW!!!

So now they will respond again on hellopeter saying "a consultant will be in touch" what a joke!!

CANT WAIT FOR MY CONTRACTS TO EXPIRE!!! AFTER ALL THE BUSINESS I GAVE VODACOM I AM REGARDED AS A NOBODY LITTLE DO THEY KNOW WORD OF MOUTH IS A POWERFUL SOURCE OF MARKETING AND INFLUENCE.
