Worst service Outrageous

We cancel our cell phone contract more than 4 years ago and still they keep on phoning us requesting more money before the account can be closed this is the 4th time that I have to request my account to be closed every time lots of promises but no results and then 4 - 6 months down the line another unpaid account for a cell phone that I have not used for 4 years. The last call between myself and the supplier before today was made on 2013 Feb where I requested my billing details, p.o.box to be changed and the account to be closed. None of this was done the ref: 7530115810 was given to me for future use in total I have paid over a R1000 rand this is unacceptable
