In April 2006 I moved to the UK to work, I closed my Cell c account, so I thought. Only to fight for the following two years to get them to close the account. Finally in 2008 I came back on holiday, and sent a registered letter to cell C demanding that they close my account. That seemed to work so I thought. I am now back in South Africa, and to my absolute disgust, I get a threatning phone call from someone called Christopher say Cell c are taking me to court for failure to pay!!! I phone Cell c legal department to find out they never closed my account!!! its now 7 years later!!! What on eather do I do to get it through to them that I 1) closed the accoutn with them 7 years ago, and 2) get them to stop harrasing me!!!
