I upgraded my contract after many months of waiting for a satisfactory package, and the upgrade on the contract was initiated BEFORE I had received the handset. After a month of following up I received my first bill - which should have been R350. R200 for the call package and R150 for the device payment. I am. Urgently being double charged the device payment of R150 and it has been done so since the upgrade.
I contacted autopage cellular in August, on Friday the 30th and I have not hear from them since. I received a message that it would be processed within 24 hours but since then NOTHING has been done, nothing was processed. This is completely unacceptable and I refuse to accept that they do not follow up or refund the R1200 that has been overpaid.
So dear AutoPage, you will refund my money, and I expect that you take into consideration that that money has accrued interest which I expect to be paid back to me.
