A lady called called me yesterday to promote a special to me. For R79 p.m you get R99 minutes of airtime on a top up contract. After I've asked repeatedly if the cost is only R79 I've proceded with the purchase of the contract. When I received the confirmation email the cost per month was R128.00 And I DID NOT agree to that amount and the amount was NEVER mentioned to me on the phone. I just called the elitemobile call centre to cancel everything. BUT what a disappointment because I wanted to bought the phone for my mom.
