Top up 99 for 24 months

I received a call from elite mobile ans spoke to the lady by the name of sindi, she told they offering me airtime of R99.00 for 24 months.she told me the offer 3 benefits as well if I take up the contract
1, They offer me funeral plan of R10 000.00
2, Offer a back up service incase I lost my phone they will help me with all the contact, photos, music, ect that I had on my phone by the time it was lost.
3, U get airtime straight to your phone if not mistaken
I agreed and I asked her if I can still buy my BIS as I use to do and she said yes.and my data bundle was about 50 above before I took up their offer.then on the day they load airtime or converte my sim card to contract I had emails, bundles. And BIS as well to expire as of 26.06.2013 .after the load their airtime I couldn't use my BIS and my bundles increase to 112 .I was told I must just call vodacom to activate my BIS if I had it before the contract. I called vodacom and was told that they will load BIS and the cost will be included on my monthly instalments. I asked if I can recharge on my side they said no and what happen to my old BIS and they told me as soon as I am moved from prepaid to contract it fall away.
