I Have logged a complain with mtn and hellopeter and i have received no feedback at all, i am sitting with a up phone that i can not use but still paying my monthly premiums and insurance for. i have logged a complain on hello peter and advised that i will be contact shortly this was two weeks ago. I have not been contacted as yet im still waiting like an . i went into the clear water branch and they took my claim form but was never submitted to the insurance when i went back the next day the branch was closed. please help as i will take this to the ombudsman if i do not receive an attempt to rectify the mess you have created.
see ref number that was given and means nothing because nothing was done
