On the 3/08/2013 our card was swiped at a fast food outlet, the following morning at 00:03 we received an sms stating a large sum was withdrawn from our account. I went to FNB and they assured me that I will receive MY money within 5 days. I thereafter contacted the call centre and was advised that there was no record of a claim logged. My husband then went to the Stamford Hill branch and was treated with utmost disrespect, the individual did call him back and apologise for her behaviour (which should not have happened in the first place), we received an sms stating that FNB does acknowledge our dispute on the 26/08/2013 3 weeks later. I contacted the call centre yet again and was transferred to several departments. I finally contacted 0875774107 and i was advised by a Dillan Naidoo that the /dispute department closed, he advised me to forward an email to [Email Removed] which was done on 02/09/2013, I have not received any feedback to date. This is the worst service that I have ever had and to think that these people are taking care of OUR money. I demand feedback or i will be contacting the banking Ombudsman.
