Logged a Hellopeter complaint previously an their feedback was that someone from the call centre would get in touch with me. On Monday someone phone me (think it is Werner) and promised to get quotes for a new ipad and will update me with new feedback. That was a week ago.

They have still not updated my details on their website, I still have no idea as to what is happening and still my premium goes off. I've had this iPad insured since 2011. I think it is only fair to demand my premiums back and change my insurance company.

What do I pay Virseker for? I pay for insurance, they can't provide for insurance. I've lost a lot of business due to me being without an iPad for two weeks now!!! Give me my premiums back. I'm also sure that their reply to this complaint is going to be the silly copy paste reply """We are so sorry to hear about your complaint and one of our agents will be in contact with you shortly""". Ag please.

Give me an answer with a definite date and a definite plan of action.
