SIM SWOP done right

I called into Mtn a month and a half ago requesting a Sim Swop but unfortunately i failed authentication twice and I had the unfortunate pleasure of being assisted by 2 female agents who were undoubtably rude and had poor communication skills.i was appalled at the service which opened my eyes to how Customer Service should not be done. Needless to say i went ahead and faxed through my documents to 011 912 5041 as they told me to. First time around my documents were not received, second time around I attentioned them to a manager. In all cases i did not complain. I called in again and was advised i had to go to a store and ask them to send my documents once again and the swop would be done there, i did the store said my Sim wasnt Rica Registered. Finally i got the Sim registered and after spending a lot of money and making a lot of calls i called in once more and spoke to a well mannered Agent who dealt well with my call as she had advised me to go to the store again but i refused, she put me through to Zanele who assisted me to the tee and I must say the way she handled the situation was worth a mention Well Done Zanele and thank you much appreciated
