From the time we've upgraded our contract with 8-ta, the following payments were made via debit order:

End of May R361.45
End of June R744.50 (I queried this amount and was advised that this was for the new contract that kicked in and needed to pay double the device fee.)
End of July R337.50
End of August R339.41
End of Sept R396.50
End of Oct R1274.50

The end of October was unusually large and I requested the bank to return the debit order. The payment went off on the month-end weekend and I contacted Telkom on the Monday 04/11 to query the debit order amount. (Ref 6890183) I was told that the query had turnaround time of 7 business days before I can expect feedback on my query.

Within the same week I received a call from Telkom to explain that I was charged 3 times device charge in error. I was also charged x2 R150 for 'unlimited calls to Telkom' (which I did not register for). They will reverse x2 device charges as well as BIS of R 59 (we do not use Blackberry). She could not reverse the R150 charges for the 'unlimited calls to Telkom', but she will cancel it, however the end of November payment will still go through. So in total I will still
