I upgraded my contract recently and took the Samsung S4. As I was moving from BlackBerry, I needed a contrct with a data package. I processed the upgrade on the 20th May and the person assisting me said the migration would be done on the 23rd May. On the 23rd May I received an SMS informing me that the request had been processed.
I proceeded to use the phone, believing the new package (with data bundle) had been activated. I then received an SMS on the 30th May that I had an unbilled amount of R1, 200?? It is unacceptable that I was told the line was migrated on the 23rd, yet no data was allocated. It is unacceptable that I was only notified of a large unbilled amount when it reached R1, 200. I expect Autopage to refund me at least some of this data bill, as their store representative told me I would be migrated on the 23rd.
