After having trouble with my 3 month old Samsung S4's battery life, I took it to the Sandton City branch to have it checked out. Worst mistake of my life!!! I was told that the battery was swollen, the phone would have to be booked in for repairs and I can collect it after 21 days. 21 days later, still no phone! Then 21 days changed to 21 working days.. A month later, I still haven't received the phone. How difficult can it be? I've been calling the store every day begging for feedback, but all I get is a promised call back, then, nothing... Ive spoken to Tsepo and assistant manager Divesh who promises to give me a call back each and everyt ime, but simply fails to do so. So I'm left without the phone I'm paying for. I regret taking out this contract with Cell C! They have no respect for their customers and refuse to take responsibility!
