How does a world leading cellular brand fail to take an informative decision like, calling back all the S4 (life companions) for a proper check seeing almost all of us S4 users are complaining about swollen batteries, heating up of the phone among other things. The phone is very expensive and some of us have taken it on contract. Last week one of the samsung guys response to the query of many about the battery said, "we should go to any samsung store to collect a free battery", I mean seriously! That is all we getting for putting samsung on number one leading brand? If anything i think they should give us new phones and keep the faulty ones. To prove that the guy was wrong, I took my swollen battery S4 for repairs week before last, it still hasn't returned to date this can only prove that we don't only need to just collect a new battery from samsung store but that there is something seriously faulty with our "life companions''. Don't get me wrong I love samsung but they need to correct this.
